Fieldguard Interlocking Rubber Floors

Examples of uses for the Interlocking Mats

A revolutionary new concept in rubber mats and floors. Interlocking rubber floor mats are light enough to be handled by the majority of people and are quick and easy to self lay either temporarily or permanently. Their underside design ensures suppleness whilst their top surface is solid and non slip, making them ideal for use as interlocking rubber floors. They present a neat, professional looking, easily cleaned, hard wearing, and warm flooring with significant anti fatigue properties. They are a VERY cost effective form of flooring.

They clip together with two male and two invisible female interlocking edges (similar to the poppers on an anorak). The mats can be laid on any indoor or outside surface (except soft mud or sand) without pre-preparation and their flexibility ensures that they will conform to all undulations or unevenness. Provided they are correctly locked together, the interlocking rubber floor mats will not move.

They have rapid surface drainage and so eliminate puddles when used out doors. Inside, due to their softness and warmth underfoot, the thinner mat (M116) has spectacular anti fatigue properties and with their slip resistant surface they are springy and safe. Institutionally the mats’ give and lightness makes them ideal when used on gym floors, sports mats, or in passageways, pathways and children’s play areas. Used as a conservatory floor they provide a feeling of comfort.

In workshops, sheds and machine shops they obviate fatigue, these interlocking anti fatigue mats protect machinery from damage. The interlocking anti fatigue mats also eliminate the cold dampness usually present in cellars.  In outdoor smoking areas they excel. The thicker (M130) is VERY soft and provides a hard wearing surface for heavy duty use such as a stable bed, individual gym (interlocking gym mats) and sports mats (as interlocking rubber sports mats), games/activity mats heavily trafficked areas, play grounds, industrial machine shop floors or major vehicle usage. Horses lie down happily on what, to them, is a comfortable surface that will not scrape their hocks. Both mats also make a smell free and easily cleaned large dog bed of great comfort.

In the home their functional quality plus the elimination of under floor damp and coldness transform a garage or cellar into a practical and usable additional room. They are used to form rubber cellar floors to reduce to likelihood of wine bottle breakage. Used as conservatory flooring (rubber conservatory floor ), they also provide the perfect garage floor and will prevent oil and fuel from staining the floor; additionally, they will help to prevent flat spots forming on the tyres of cars that are standing for long periods of time. They have successfully been used for classic car collections and also racing cars.

The interlocking rubber floor mats are in 3’ x 3’ (900mm x 900mm) squares. There are two mats in the family, standard and deluxe versions.
