Fieldguard M3 Thermal Underbed Stable Mat

Made from expanded, high density EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) these lightweight mats are very tough and thermally efficient. They are ideal in stables with poor, or no drainage as they retain most of the liquid on the surface. As the mats are quite rigid, they are unsuitable on soft or undulating floors. With no draining abilities about 1-2 buckets of highly absorbent litter is advised to both mop up urine and reduce staling splash. These are very easy to trim with a sharp Stanley knife. The product is available in two sizes of thickness.

A thick thermal under-bed. Made from the optimum thickness in EVA, it is warm and soft but has no draining qualities. It requires about 1/8th bale of shavings to mop up the urine. Two thickness' are available:

 

• 7/8 inch - The thinnest possible to stop spreading.
• 1 3/8 inch for perfect thermal efficiency.

EVA is light and easy to handle. It is far more thermally efficient and as long lasting as rubber and is effective on any type of surface.
